currency is required to be submitted with your registration
Terms and Conditions
This is a general overview
of the main terms and conditions that need to be abided
by to exhibit with www.bridalexpos.com.au For full terms
and conditions, refer to the exhibitor information package
provided by the sales team
It is requirement that your
website is linked to www.bridalexpos.com.au and in exchange
for this we will provide a link from our wedding suppliers
page at no charge
Exclusivity will not be
guaranteed to any category or exhibitor
Bridalexpos.com.au has the
final decision in relation to accepting this booking, positioning
of stall holders and restriction on space
All stands must be set up
by no later than 8.45am on the morning of each show. All
stands not set up by this time will be removed and no refunds
will be payable.
Stands must not be dismantled
before the conclusion of the show. Failure to adhere to
this will result in your business being excluded from future
expos
All stands must be staffed
throughout the entire duration of the event, This is to
ensure that exhibitors maximize their involvement in the
event, in addition to maintaining the iamge of the event
Your site is only secured
once a deposit has been paid, and you have received a confirmation
letter with receipt.
Final Payment for all bookings
is required no less than 1 month prior to the event you
are attending
If you cancel your booking
for an expo site, we will refund all monies paid to us,
less an administration fee of $50.00 once the site has been
re-booked to another supplier in the same category. Should
the site fail to be re-booked we will retain the full deposit
of $150.00
