- Entry will be by completing the registration form forming part of, attached to or accompanying a valid entry ticket to the exhibition and placing it in a designated receptacle inside the entrance to the exhibition.
- Entry to the promotion is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18. Employees and directors of TG & T, of any prize supplier, and their immediate families, are ineligible.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Anyone submitting more than one entry may be disqualified from participating in the promotion.
- The promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on Sunday 1st August 2010 and concludes at 3:30 pm AEST on Sunday 1st August 2010.
- The winner will be drawn at 3.45 pm AEST on 1st August 2010 at the Bridal & Honeymoon Expo at Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre, 2 Clarendon Street, South Wharf, Victoria 3006
- The prize winners may select either All Smiles Sorrento Ocean Beach Or All Smiles of the Yarra Valley, subject to availability. The premium wedding package, wedding package Two, is offered as part of this prize with guest numbers of up to 120 guests at either venue. The dollar value is based on 120 guests with package Two price as at June 2010 which is $13,800 at Sorrento and $11,400 at Yarra Valley.
- Valid from 31st August 2010 to 1st December 2012. Beach access at Sorrento will require a Parks Victoria Permit.
- Ceremonies can be held on site at no extra charge with our recommended set up. There is no additional charge for the cutting of the cake or dietary requirements.
- The prize will follow the All Smiles philosophy of cocktail style service with an abundant amount of quality food, comfortable seating in a relaxed party atmosphere.
- The winner will be notified by telephone, email and mail and the results published in the Herald Sun newspaper published on 07 August 2010. Prizes will lapse if there is no winner or if no winner comes forward within 28 days after the draw.
- Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars. In the event prizes are unavailable for any reason TG & T or any prize supplier may, in addition to its other rights, substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to applicable laws and regulations. If, for any reason, a winner has not redeemed a prize within 12 months of the draw, then that prize will be forfeited.
- TG & T reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who TG & T believes has tampered with the entry process, submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in conduct that jeopardises the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
