Q. Why register for our bridal expos?

A. When you register for our bridal expos, you immediately become eligible to win prizes. In order to be validated for our major prize draw, you will need to attend each expo that you nominate

Q. How do I register for your Bridal Expos?

A. Simply select the button next to any of the expos that you would like to attend, and follow the prompts. You can view your list at any stage by selecting ' View My Expos' , which is added to the main expos viewing page after you have started your list. Registration is instantaneous

Q. How many bridal expos can I attend?

A. As many as you like

Q. Can I remove unwanted expos from my list?

A. Yes, you can remove any expos by selecting the icon when viewing your list.

Q. What is a Wedding Kit?

A. A wedding kit is a sample pack provided by the reception venue that you select. The pack is mailed to your nominated postal address within a few days of your request.

Q. How do I request a wedding Kit?

A. You request a wedding kit in the same way as you would register for our bridal expos, with the addition of an extra step. When viewing your selected expos, simply click on 'Request Wedding Kit' and follow the prompts.

Q. How many wedding kits can I request?

A. As many as you like

Troubleshooting

Q. Nothing happens when I click the button?

A. You don't have 'Cookies' enabled on your web browser. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced and select 'always allow session cookies'

Q. When I change computers, my list vanishes?

A. Your list is created and saved as a session (Cookie) between your computer and our server. If you change computers (going from work to home for example), then you will no longer be able to view your initial list. You may start again on a different computer, although we do recommend that you only register once.

Q. I get an error when adding my details

A. This is most likely a data base error. Please help us troubleshoot any issues by reporting them via our contact page.
