- TG & T Nominees Pty Ltd ABN 31 971 197 730 (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) operates this site. These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to your access and use of this site. By accessing and using this site you agree to these Terms.
Description of site
- This site contains information on weddings and bridal events and a directory of wedding and bridal related businesses.
Advertising in the directory
- To list your business in the directory, you must register as an advertiser by completing the registration form on the site. This section applies to registered advertisers.
- You warrant that all information you provide in your registration form is true, correct and not misleading. You must ensure that your registration information is kept up to date. Any notices we send to an email address provided by you will be deemed to have been received by you.
- You will receive a username and password on registration. You must keep your username and password secure at all times. You are responsible for all activity undertaken using your username and password.
- You are solely responsible for the content of your listing; (b) you must ensure your listing is up to date, accurate and not misleading; and (c) you warrant that your listing complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any person.
- We reserve the right to refuse any listing at our sole discretion. Without limiting our other rights under these Terms, we may, at any time, delete, modify or suspend any listing or information provided by you if, in our opinion, it: (a) is inaccurate, incorrect, out of date or misleading (including by omission); (b) is offensive, defamatory, obscene or unlawful; (c) breaches these Terms; or (d) infringes the rights of any person.
- The fees for your listing are: (a) set out on this site or in any order form we give you; (b) payable yearly in advance; and (c) are subject to change without notice (but changes will not operate retrospectively).
- You may cancel your listing at any time by giving us written notice. We will endeavour to remove your listing within a reasonable time. You are not entitled to any refund of fees paid in advance on cancellation.
Copyright
- Unless indicated otherwise, all copyright in this site and its contents belongs to us.
- You may: (a) publish a link to this site or a page on this site, (b) make a temporary copy of part or all of this site on your computer for your sole purpose of viewing it, and (c) print a hard copy of a whole page of this site as long as no part of the page (including any copyright notice) is edited, modified or deleted in any way.
- Unless permitted by law, you must not, without our prior written consent: (a) otherwise reproduce, adapt, store in a retrieval system, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this site or its contents, (b) cause any part of this site or its contents to be framed or included in another website, or (c) commercialise this site or its contents.
