Terms of Use

1. TG & T Nominees Pty Ltd ABN 31 971 197 730 (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) operates this site.  These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to your access and use of this site.  By accessing and using this site you agree to these Terms.

Description of site

1. This site contains information on weddings and bridal events and a directory of wedding and bridal related businesses.

Advertising in the directory

1. To list your business in the directory, you must register as an advertiser by completing the registration form on the site.  This section applies to registered advertisers.
2. You warrant that all information you provide in your registration form is true, correct and not misleading.  You must ensure that your registration information is kept up to date.  Any notices we send to an email address provided by you will be deemed to have been received by you.
3. You will receive a username and password on registration.  You must keep your username and password secure at all times.  You are responsible for all activity undertaken using your username and password.
4. You are solely responsible for the content of your listing; (b) you must ensure your listing is up to date, accurate and not misleading; and (c) you warrant that your listing complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any person.
5. We reserve the right to refuse any listing at our sole discretion.  Without limiting our other rights under these Terms, we may, at any time, delete, modify or suspend any listing or information provided by you if, in our opinion, it: (a) is inaccurate, incorrect, out of date or misleading (including by omission); (b)  is offensive, defamatory, obscene or unlawful; (c) breaches these Terms; or (d) infringes the rights of any person.
6. The fees for your listing are: (a) set out on this site or in any order form we give you; (b) payable yearly in advance; and (c) are subject to change without notice (but changes will not operate retrospectively). 
7. You may cancel your listing at any time by giving us written notice.  We will endeavour to remove your listing within a reasonable time.  You are not entitled to any refund of fees paid in advance on cancellation.

Copyright

1. Unless indicated otherwise, all copyright in this site and its contents belongs to us.
2. You may: (a) publish a link to this site or a page on this site, (b) make a temporary copy of part or all of this site on your computer for your sole purpose of viewing it, and (c) print a hard copy of a whole page of this site as long as no part of the page (including any copyright notice) is edited, modified or deleted in any way.
3. Unless permitted by law, you must not, without our prior written consent: (a) otherwise reproduce, adapt, store in a retrieval system, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this site or its contents, (b) cause any part of this site or its contents to be framed or included in another website, or (c) commercialise this site or its contents.

1. Bridal Expos Australia is a trade mark of TG & T Nominees Pty Ltd and may only be used with our prior written permission. Other trade marks used on this site are licensed to us and may only be used with the prior written permission of the relevant licensor.

1. This site may link to websites at other addresses.  Unless stated otherwise, we do not control, approve, endorse or sponsor any such websites or their content and we are not responsible for any aspect of those websites or their content.

Disclaimer

1. This site contains content provided by third parties (including registered advertisers) which may include errors or inaccuracies. Content provided on this site is provided 'as is' and we do not warrant is accuracy or suitability.  You use the content at your own risk.

Our liability

Privacy statement

1. You do not need to disclose your identity to view this site. 
2. You do need to disclose your identity, including email address, if you wish to be a registered advertiser.  We will not share your email address with anyone else without your consent.  You agree to us using that email address to send you information about our goods and services.
3. Our server may log details about any computer used to access this site (such as the IP address, domain name and browser type), the date and time of access, and details of information downloaded.  This information is used for our own statistical purposes and to improve this site and the service.

Changes to this site

1. We may at any time in our sole discretion: (a) add to, delete from and otherwise make changes to this site and its contents; or (b) suspend or limit your access to this site.
2. We may change these Terms at any time by publishing the changed Terms on this site.  Changes to these Terms will not operate retrospectively.

Governing law

1. The law of Victoria, Australia, governs these Terms.
2. We do not warrant that this site or its contents complies with the laws of any country other than Australia.  If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk.
