GENERAL

This promotion is made available by Gilkat Pty Ltd ACN 060 565 451, Level 4, 406 Collins Street, Melbourne (Gilkat).

Entry is only open to Australian residents. Residents of South Australia are specifically excluded from this promotion.

Employees (and their immediate families) of Gilkat, Gilkat resellers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

ENTRY

The prizes pursuant to this promotion are available to be won by any person who downloads the UpMind smartphone application from the Google Play Store or the ITunes Store and scans a “Publisher Campaign Code” at the 2017 Bridal and Honeymoon Expo at the Exhibition Centre, Melbourne Australia on 22 January 2017.

One entry per person; multiple downloads of the UpMind application and/or multiple scanning of “Publisher Campaign Codes” does not provide additional entries into the promotion.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected at random at the offices of Gilkat on or before 19 February 2017.

Winners will be notified within 28 days of selection and in accordance with the contact details they have provided when downloading and registering the UpMind smartphone application and via Gilkat’s website. Winners must claim their prize in writing by responding via email no more than 30 days after the draw date.

In the event of the prizes being unclaimed, a further draw will take place to determine a replacement winner/s who will be notified in the same manner.

Where a winner is under 18 years of age, prizes will be awarded only if the consent of their legal guardian is first given and obtained.

Determination by Gilkat of the identity of entrants and winners is final.
